In her years of experience and knowledge she has worked with individuals, youth, children, and families with mental health and trauma in non profit and private practice settings. She applies her expertise and knowledge in the use of DSM-V, completing clinical assessments, diagnosing mental disorders and creating treatment plans that and individually tailored for the needs of her clients. She provides a non-judgmental, safe place to share various difficulties while integrating several therapeutic interventions in order to help you reach your goals.

Elizabeth is trained in Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy, Accelerated Experimental Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Solution-Focused therapy, EMDR trained, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gottman Marriage Counseling.
