Hello August and goodbye summer! I am not sure about you but I feel like this summer flew by. With a couple of weeks or days left of summer, we are faced with back to school routines and structures. I am we are all feeling these vibes regardless of your phase of life. I feel August is the month (like January) when we focus on schedules, routines and just getting back on track. Remember to include self-care when adjusting your schedule. I implement “wine” down Sunday routine during school time. Every Sunday I stay home after 5 pm to get myself settled, look ahead on my week and plan accordingly. During the summer this routine takes a break because I have school aged children. So, what would you implement this month?
