Jasmine is committed to supporting individuals through complex and challenging life experiences, helping clients cultivate resilience, insight, and sustainable emotional well-being. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in a client-centered framework, emphasizing the importance of a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. She utilizes a trauma-informed lens to support clients in processing distressing experiences and restoring a sense of stability and control. She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist clients in identifying and modifying maladaptive thought patterns, improving emotional regulation, and developing effective coping strategies.

Jasmine is a graduate-level counseling intern at Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Crisis and Trauma. She has a clinical interest in working with individuals experiencing trauma, crisis-related concerns, anxiety, and life transitions. She works with clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults, and adapts her therapeutic approach to align with everyone’s developmental stage, presenting concerns, and unique needs.

staying active, traveling, and spending time at theme parks, which support her commitment to
