Lydia is a dedicated and empathetic bilingual (Spanish) Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a solution-oriented focus. She is known for her ability to create a supportive space that fosters openness. Lydia also has experience supporting individuals and families navigating emotional and behavioral challenges, major life changes, and everyday pressures that can feel overwhelming. Education & Experience
Lydia earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach University and is a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, allowing her to bring a well-rounded perspective to overall wellness. She is also a member of the Golden Key Honor Society.

Beyond her work as a counselor, Lydia loves reading, spending time with her family, and relaxing with a cup of coffee. Lydia is a wife and mother to two young adults, a role she deeply values and that continues to shape her compassionate perspective. Through her own experiences, Lydia has learned to trust the process and embrace life’s unfolding journey, which allows her to meet clients with authenticity and steadiness. Lydia appreciates a good sense of humor and enjoys finding lightness in everyday moments.
