Connie is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging and transformative seasons. She brings a calm, grounded presence into the therapeutic space, creating an environment where clients feel safe, seen, and truly heard. She has a special passion for working with adolescents and families, helping them untangle complex relational dynamics and build stronger, more meaningful connections. As a mother, Connie brings a personal understanding of the joys and challenges of family life, enriching her work and deepening her empathy for the clients she serves. She is especially attuned to the needs of those navigating painful or uncertain times and works to provide steady support, practical tools, and compassionate guidance every step of the way.

EDUCATION AND EXPERTISE

Connie earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she completed a Crisis and Trauma concentration. She has a heart for working with the LGBTQ+ community and is dedicated to providing a safe, affirming space for every client she serves. Her areas of focus include trauma, couples conflict, and transitional crises.

Connie was born and raised in Orlando and now enjoys life here with her husband and baby boy! In her free time, Connie enjoys exploring new walking trails, finding moments of peace and reflection outdoors. She also loves expressing her creativity through hands-on activities, such as trying new recipes and diving into DIY projects. Whether she’s in the kitchen or working on a new craft, she finds joy in creating and learning something new.
