Yalexa is a counseling intern in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Palm Beach Atlantic University. She provides thoughtful, client-centered care and is dedicated to helping individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered in their growth. Her clinical interests include anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics. She understands how anxiety can show up in everyday life, such as overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling to relax. Yalexa works with clients to build practical, personalized tools that help them confidently manage these experiences.
