Group Counseling
There is something powerful about realizing you’re not the only one navigating a difficult season. Group counseling brings people together in a supportive, therapist-led environment where shared experiences can create connection, understanding, and opportunities for growth.
Our groups are designed around specific needs, life stages, or shared concerns. Depending on the group, sessions may focus on emotional support, coping skills, relationships, parenting, personal growth, or navigating life transitions. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from a therapist while also gaining perspective and encouragement from others who may understand what you’re going through.

Questions about Group Counselins
Joining a therapy group can feel a little different from individual counseling, especially if it’s your first time. It’s natural to have questions about what to expect, how groups work, and whether a particular group is the right fit for you.
Our groups are intentionally kept small to create a supportive environment where members have space to participate, connect, and feel heard.
