Child & Adolescent Counseling
Children and teens don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling. Changes in behavior, emotions, friendships, school performance, or family relationships can sometimes be their way of showing that something is difficult.
Child and adolescent counseling provides a supportive space where young people can better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and work through challenges in ways that fit their age and individual needs. We also recognize the important role parents and caregivers play and work collaboratively with families when appropriate.
