Victoria Figueiredo
Victoria Figueiredo is a bilingual (English/Spanish) graduate-level intern currently completing her training through Florida
International University’s Professional Counseling Psychology Master’s Program.
Born and raised in Miami, Victoria is especially passionate about helping clients navigate
anxiety, identity development, relationship dynamics, and the messy, meaningful transitions that
come with being human. She has completed training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT),
trauma-focused, Gottman Method Level One, and brings these tools into the
room in a flexible, collaborative way.
Victoria believes that therapy is not only a space for healing and formal treatment, but also a
powerful opportunity to explore your sense of self, clarify your values, and consider how you
want to show up in the world. She works to create a therapeutic environment rooted in honesty,
curiosity, compassion, and sometimes even humor, so clients feel safe, seen, and genuinely
supported.
